Product features corner transfer

The corner transfer is used for the cross transport of pallets. The side guides of the offered pallet conveyor are made of galvanized steel such as the level adjustable feet.

The pallets are transported lengthways on rollers, in the transverse direction chains are used for the transport. The rollers and level adjustable feet are made of galvanized steel. Three phase asynchronus motors from the company SEW are used for the transverse and longitudinal movement of the pallets.

From development to production and commissioning, all departments are in our house. This ensures a tuned and thought out concept with optimal functionality.

The conveyor technology is operated via our roTeg-Control. The software developed in house is optimal adapted to the wishes of the customers and ensures smooth and coordinated processes.

Also peripherals such as pallet wrappers and labelers can be combined with the conveyor technology. By communicating with a merchandise management system the tracking of product batches is possible.

Usage

The use of conveyor technology for pallets achieves a higher degree of automation and increases the production performance. The delay free exchange of full against empty pallets is crucial for the palletizing performance of the robot.

As soon as there are multiple pallets in the gripping area this must also be taken into account when considering the achievable palletizing performance.
